I absolutely LOVE the double beef enchiladas with red sauce… It is my favorite.
Also, if you haven’t tried it already… The Mocoljete (the lava rock dish) is AMAZING! I may not be able to spell it correctly, but it tastes great! It is totally 100x’s better than a regular fajita!

We truly enjoyed watching you create! Thanks for entertaining the adults as well as the kids–sorry if the kids got a little jealous
We have several favorites–including Pollo Fundido–yummy. and of course the marguaritas~~
We hope to see you again on Fridays AND Saturday nites! Big hit for young and old and amazing what you can do with balloons!
